Incident communication

Incidents should be reported as soon as possible, including order number, photos when relevant, problem description and affected units.

Standard product

Return or replacement will be reviewed according to product condition, order traceability and agreed conditions.

Custom product

Made-to-measure, printed or customized products are reviewed case by case and may not accept return unless there is a defect or attributable error.
